Immigration Law: An Open Casebook
Kit Johnson
Professor of Law
Thomas P. Hester Presidential Professor
University of Oklahoma College of Law
Finalized first edition coming July 10, 2022

Introducing the first open-source/open-access (that is, free) immigration law casebook. It will be downloadable as a PDF and DOCX file. Students and teachers can print their own copies or purchase bound, print-on-demand books. The book will have a Creative Commons license, allowing adopters to add to, delete from, abridge, rearrange, and alter the work as best fits their courses. The project is similar to open access casebooks offered by CALI's eLangdell bookstore.

The book is designed to serve as the principal text for an introduction to immigration law course as well as a specialty course on crimmigration.
